The pneumatic fenders are used worldwide for ship-to-ship transfer operations, terminals, and for all kinds of ships. It is an ideal mooring aid for all types of vessels, rigs and quays, and play a critical role in the safe operation of ship berthing and mooring.

Structure characteristics

Pneumatic rubber fenders made of a outer rubber layer, reinforced synthetic tyre cord layers, and inner rubber layer.

The outer rubbers are used to protect the inner rubber layers from abrasion and other external forces. This rubber layer compound have sufficient tensile and tear resistance strength to withstand anticipated weather conditions and severe usage.

The reinforced synthetic tire cord layers are to maintain the internal air pressure of the fender.

The inner rubber layer seals the pressurized air inside of the pneumatic rubebr fender.

The fender can be protected by tire net and can be used without tire net as well.

Fender with tire net: Fender body is wrapped with a tire net.It can protect the fender body and lengthen the life of the fender.

The tires are specially treated to have a good looking. The net has chain tire net,rope tire net, steel wire tire net,chain tire net with rubber sleeves.

Internal pressure adjustment

Fender pressure should be kept in the standard air pressure in the± 5% range, and once every three months to check air pressure, deflated or fill gas up to standard in a timely manner.

b. when Long time not use, should wash to dry, filled with right amount of compressed air, placed in a cool dry ventilated place.

c. Storage place away from heat, acid and alkali, oil and grease
